Retained Data (Legal Compliance)

The following data is anonymized (not deleted) for legal and financial compliance:

  • Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years for tax compliance (IRS requirement) - your user ID is replaced with an anonymized identifier
  • Subscription History: Retained for 7 years for chargeback prevention and dispute resolution
  • Audit Logs: Deletion events are logged (with anonymized user ID) for compliance verification
